Please note that prices may vary at any time without notice. It is understood that such changes will not affect on reservations made prior to change it .
It also states that tariffs on this website are valid only for reservations made in advance.

1. Prices (costs included)
All prices include:
- Unlimited Kilometres
- Airport charges
- Third-party insurance [maximum]
- Kasco insurance with penalty
- Fire and theft insurance with penalty
- 20% VAT

2. Prices (costs not included)
Prices do not include:
- Fuel
- Additional requests
- Fines and violations of the highway code
- Driver Insurance [maximum]

3. Payment and deposit
At the moment of hiring of the car is required prepayment of the rental and a caution deposit.

You can pay with a credit card circuit Bankamericard, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, with a credit card with ATM or cash.

If the customer subscribes to additional SuperKasco and SuperTheft useful for the elimination of penalties (see art. 9)
The amount of the deposit is
Euro 300,00 for the groups A-B-C-D
Euro 500,00 for the groups E-F-G-H-I-L-M-N-O-Q
If the customer does not sign additional SuperKasco and SuperTheft the deposit will be:
Euro 1.000,00 equivalent to one of the two penalties for the groups A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-M-N
Euro 1.500,00 for groups I-L-O-Q.

For the deposit it can use cash or a credit card circuit Bankamericard, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, all of the traditional type and with numbers in relief.
Prepaid cards and ATMs may not be used for this purpose.
It using a credit card will be required an autorisation at the credit card circuit equivalent to a caution deposit until the end of the lease.

4. Taxes
All the prices include 20% VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Minimum age and Driving licence
To hire any vehicle you must:

Car
- Be over 23 years old
- Be in possession of a driving licence for over a year
- For the groups I - L - O - Q be over 30 years old

Scooter - Motorbike
- Driver lincense

ATTENTION:
NON-EU CITIZENS NEED AN INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS LICENCE TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE IN ITALY!!!!

6. Refuelling service
The vehicles are handed over with a full tank of petrol. If the vehicle is returned without a full tank of petrol then the customer will be charged 16.00 Euros (including tax) plus the cost of the missing petrol.

7. Added drivers
For each driver added there is an extra charge of 5.00 Euros a day (VAT included)..

8. Car Return
If the vehicle is returned to a different office from where it was picked up then there is an extra cost of 60.00 Euros (VAT included).

9. Penalties
In case of theft, fire or damages to the vehicle there is a fixed panalty at the customers expense, the costs are listed below:
Car
-Euro 1.000,00 ( VAT included) for groups A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-M-N
-Euro 1.500,00 ( VAT included) for groups L-M-O
Motorbike
- Euros 600.00 (VAT included) for groups MA-MB-MC-MD-ME
- Euros 1,500.00 (VAT included) for group MF

10. SuperKasco - SuperTheft - SuperPai
SuperKasco: it is possible to eliminate the damages penalty by agreeing to the SuperKasco charge at the following costs:
- Euro 12,00 ( VAT included) a day for groups A-B-C-D-G-M-N
- Euro 15,00 ( VAT included) a day for groups E-F-H-I
- Euro 20,00 ( VAT included) a day for groups L-O-Q
The SuperKasco insurance does not apply to over 75 years.
Super Theft: it is possible to eliminate the damages penalty by agreeing to the Super Theft charge at the cost of Euros 5.00 (VAT included) a day for all types of cars.
SuperPai: it is possible to add an insurance personal driver at the price of Euro 5,00 for day.

11. Car parts not insured
They are axcluded from insurance cover damage to the roof, hood open, interior, windscreen wipers, tires, rims, wheels cover, muffler, silencer, oil, shock absorber, fuel tank, crystals, bad side Honda Transalp.
Are also axcluded ( for any vehicle) all damage caused by vegetation.

12. Delivery / Return Service
To have the car delivered and returned to places other than the hiring offices the cost varies according to the distance from our nearest office and has to be agreed at the moment of the booking.

13. Car return
All vehicles have to be returned on the established day and at the established time (it accepted a delay of up to one hour) penalty payment of an extra day of rental.

14. Night time delivery
For deliveries of vehicles ( pick up/return) from 23:00 to 01:00 hours and from 05:31 to 07:45 hours is a charge of Euro 40,00 ( VAT included).
While from 01:01 to 05:30 hours the cost for extra charge is Euro 60,00 (VAT included)

15. Loss or breakage of car keys
In case of the loss of car keys the customer will be charged 200.00 Euros (VAT included). In case of the loss of car documents (or number plate) the charge is of 300.00 Euros (VAT included)

16. Baby seat
The cost of each baby seat is of 31.00 Euros (VAT included) for the whole rental period.

17. Bags lateral Honda Transalp
Cost per day: 20,00 Euros (VAT included).

18. Reservation - Prepayment
For reservations for all cars, in certain periods of year, will be request prepay for confirm of the reservation.
In the months of July and August reservations for rentals of longer than 30 days are always subject to reconfirmation.
